601 normally means the server didnt respond. The place you are using it, the server there is not responding to your command to get tower location.

ah okay thanks !! so how can I solve it ? Must i change the place …?

You could try that to being in range to a different tower or where there are more towers,
The 601 can also be due to poor network connection or no credit. First try to do a get request to known sites like google.com or any website and see if you get data back to test the network connection first.
