SIM5320 GPS=OK but NOT lat&long info

I am working with SIM5320E and I have this problem.

every thing seem working fine.

but I can not get Latitude / Longitude via AT command.

I am using SIM5320E modem i can transmit and receive messages and i have configured GPS using following commandsAT+CGPS=1,1 and AT+CGPSINFOCFG=10,31 and getting response from modem .
The satelite information is good.
No data of longitude and latitude.

what is the problem and why i am unable to get details??

Its because you are not getting GPS signal. Take device outdoors and use active GPS antenna with Bias for quicker reception.

I’m using in outdoor area.
