SIM7000e GPRS registration timeout

Hello,

i have a very strange issue. When i try to connect to the gprs service (at+cgatt=1), there is a constant 12 minutes timeout. After 12 minutes, the device connect automatically, and it works fine. When i try another sim card, the problem is gone, there is no timeout.
I can imagine that the problem is with the service provider, but maybe not.

AT+CGRERG=1
AT+CGATT=1 // ERROR, 12 minutes timeout
AT+CGACT=1,1

Hi,
Yes it definitely seems to the network operator problem. It just doesn’t seem to be acknowledging the connection fast enough.
