What do you mean by compatible?
You can get SIM808 shields for Arduino. They can be controlled by Arduino using UART.
The SIM808 is a 2G quad band module, it will work all over the world where 2G networks are present. If you have 2G network in Nigeria, you can use SIM808.
If you have 3G , you can use SIM5320E. First you need to find the network operators frequency bands in your country, then you have to select the module.
Let me know the frequency bands used by different network operators in Nigeria and i can suggest better.

Me: I was trying to buy a GPRS/GSM/GPS module/shield (2 in 1) for an IoT project on Aliexpress that will work with Arduino Mega or UNO Micro-controller board.
